Had a rental from here while my vehicle was being repaired under warranty. Very nice unit and staff very polite. Even gave me a ride to work after dropping off the rental.

I've been working in the area and usually rent vehicles for a month or so at a time. This location charged me 37 dollars a day for insurance I specifically asked they not put on because I was already covered. I talked to them on the phone after several minutes of arguing (there argument being "that's what we always do for your company") they said they would remove that charge which then never happened. The service is typical of a poorly run business, they treat you like they're doing you a favor by allowing you to rent a vehicle. Lastly, most of the vehicles I've gotten here haven't been cleaned and are in poor repair. I now drive the 35-40 minutes to London to avoid this place.

I failed a drivers test becausethe license plate sticker was out of date. Which could of also lead to getting a ticket.
