Lovely little place to stop if you are passing by. the covered bridge is definitely worth a walk across to view the falls. There is a short walk on the other side the bridge that is worth checking out if you have got the time. There is also a small cafe right next to it with a terrace overlooking the water. It's about three minutes off the highway which makes it an ideal pit stop.

This place is terrible for business, everybody else's business. The muffins and baked goods are fabulous, made and baked on site not just the last 5% like the chain restaurant that has killed business in Burks Falls. I go as often as I can for coffee, delicious and original (bacon, cheddar muffin) pastries and ice cream. It has a beautiful little patio over looking the river and falls. Also, the welcome center start of a river walk with a covered bridge and place to fill with municipal water your containers for camping. Enjoy this gem.
