The treehouse play area is the only decent thing about this place, because it seemed clean. The rest of the play center has gone WAY downhill and does NOT reflect the high prices to play here. The giant foam blocks are all ripping, the play kitchen is all broken and empty of accessories, the game play floor is never turned on, there is no secure area to leave your coats/boots and when we were there someone had stolen a little girl’s new Bogs. The black light room doesn’t work and smells REALLY bad in there, the outdated games and ride on toys are mostly broken and one of the ride on vehicles has a back missing taillight with an open wire sticking out, hello?! The tables were dirty and staff was just standing around talking and looking st their phones in the kitchen while we were there. The food is gross and about triple the price of what it could be. Will not be back until it shapes up or management bothers to actually do something to improve the play center. Oh, and they are charging $2 each for ONE Ferraro Roche chocolate in the lobby.

We love this place. Have gone for 6 years(when it was Wiggles and Giggles).

Used to be a fun place but has changed a lot. 1) my child came out of equipment with urine on her knees from crawling into a puddle of pee in the climbing gym and staff didn’t care or investigate or clean it (!?!?!) 2) games don’t work, photo booth doesn’t work, laser room doesn’t work 3) no secure area for boots/shoes jackets and inadequate seating for adults 4) incredibly overpriced and unyummy food 5) not nearly enough hand washing/sanitizing stations Unfortunately this is the only indoor play centre in the city and it sucks that they clearly don’t bother to improve their deteriorating conditions.

Wonderful play centre for kids to attend. We took two boys under six. They had a loads of fun. Even healthy snacks are available if you choose. Well worth the admittance fees.

Maple Tops is a disgusting dump. I’ve been there several times with my children, but this past Tuesday was the final straw. The only reason I’ve given it several chances is I’m a forgiving person, and the kids seem to like it, because they don’t seem to know any better. Here are a few examples of the absolutely disgusting occurrences I have witnessed at Maple Tops: 1) On one occasion I ordered a plate of (VERY overpriced) onion rings. They came back burnt to a crisp, and there was a hair in one. I asked for a refund and the employees said that wasn’t possible, in a very rude and belittling tone. 2) One my time my wife went in to the washroom with my 4 year-old daughter and they looked into the toilet and not only was the bathroom extremely filthy with a vile scent, but there seemed to be some sort of animal claw poking out of the toilet. My wife was petrified and took my child out of the washroom and we left. 4) I overheard employees talking about there being asbestos in the kitchen. I asked if there was asbestos and a male employee said no, it was just the food. I was terrified!! 5) On another occasion, my daughter was playing in the ballpit (which is embarrassingly small) and there 20-30 ants crawling around the area. We were horrified and left right away!!! 6) On multiple occasions I have witnessed the owner Candi treating her staff as if they are brain dead, and insulting them for asking her simple questions about tasks they have. 7) Now, onto the final straw. This Tuesday I was visiting Maple Tops with my daughter and wife. I ordered chicken nuggets and when they were ready I took a bite and the middle was completely frozen. I asked an employee named Kira and she rolled her eyes and said there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the owner. Disgusting that people like this are running a children’s centre. I then asked for more ketchup for my BURNT fries and she said “if you leave a tip”. I know this sounds completely far-fetched, but I assure you this is 100% true. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They food is disgusting and overpriced (a powerade is $4.50), the owners and managers are some of the rudest people I have ever met (they are disgustingly rude to staff and customers), the entire facility reeks of moldy food, asbestos, and FECES. I have had minimal issues with staff, BUT the managers and owners have treated me like complete garbage. I am truly disgusted a place like this has replaced Wiggles and Giggles.
