Recently I have purchased 2019 Chevy Silverado from Badanai Chevy Dealer. I am very pleased with the professional and courteous customer service especially from Mr. Carl Solomon who was the sales representative. Mr. Solomon is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional who conducts customer relations at his office. This in turn facilitates sense of privacy and confidentiality. It was a pleasure to have an opportunity to purchase my new truck from Mr. Solomon and I sincerely recommend Badanai Chevy Dealer as the best in Thunder Bay. Robert

Everyone at Badanai is so friendly and helpful. They treat you like you are a friend rather then a customer. Everyone greets you with a huge smile All the experiences we have had there were wonderful. We had a Incredible experience when we purchased our vehicle through Ray Dorval. The service personnel go above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are taken care of and your vehicle is running in top condition. The shuttle driver is very warm and friendly. He puts you at ease as he drives you to where you need.to be. He converses with you the entire trip and makes you smile and laugh. He has the perfect disposition for this position. Thank you Badanai Motors for the amazing service.

We have purchased a Suburban and a Silverado HD from Arvo and David and the process was flawless. Great staff with no surprises. The vehicles were exactly what we wanted and will be back in the near future! Would highly recommend this dealership.
