This is a hidden gem near the heart of the city core. A very cool glimpse at what this part of Toronto was form mid-1700s through 1900... The grounds are beautiful, left to nature...

East Side Players puts on their plays there. Nice small theatre and gallery. Watercolour show on at the moment.

The place is OK, maybe even better than just OK, but the amount of parking is pathetic. We went for a small theatre production (I'd say 200-250 people tops) and came early, and we still had to park at the furthest part of almost 90% full parking. I have no idea where did all others that came later park... Beyond the parking issue, it was a pleasant experience - I didn't even know there was a theatre there, I only knew about the restaurant.

Amazing theatre with a great atmosphere. Lots of parking in the back as well.

Great performances happen here! They offer coffee and candy and chips for 1 or 2 dollars.
