Like the other comments I’ve come across this guy twice since I’ve been living in this area and he is extremely rude. The first encounter I had with him was when I was first moving into my townhouse a few doors down and We had loaded our bed into a pickup truck and needed somewhere to park so there was a big empty lot and we parked there in order to pull it out and this little guy comes screaming at the top of his lungs at us cursing and everything and even when we explained ourselves he was still yelling. He didn’t fail to mention that he use to be an ex cop.... I wonder how that went. Don’t go to this guy!!! I repeat DONT GO TO HIM!

Very unfriendly. The prices posted at the sign in front of the lot doesn’t apply.

The short guy that works there is very rude. I'm a business woman. On my way to work today I asked him a few simple question regarding the rate to park there for a month and how much it cost to park for 6 hours. He kept asking where do I work, after I already told him what building I worked in, then he wanted to know which suite, I told him a few times what company I worked for. He had a bad nasty attitude and told me I was asking too many questions when i asked for a recipt. The guy is evil for no reason he was very belligerent.

The guy who runs this place is crazy. I live in the apartment complex neighboring the lot and accidentally walked through it as I was new to the area. I would have gladly walked around if asked politely. However, the attendant immediately started harrasing me and shouted curses even after agreeing to walk around. Now, whenever I walk outside ON THE SIDEWALK he goes out of his way to watch me and sometimes follows me as I'm walking. SUCH A CREEP. I seriously think he is mentally unstable...being in that hut for too long has made him insane.
