Absolutely loved this!! A must see!! We all laughed so much through this!! It was mostly funny and comical, but in a good way, not weird. Almost everyone stood for a standing ovation at the end. Rachel Lynde in the rolling pin scene was absolutely hilarious! What a wonderful job those that played Diana Barry, Josie Pie, Anne's friend at Redmond college, and Luka Hall playing Paul Irving! Gilbert did a phenomenal job in the romantic scenes which isn't easy for guys to pretend to be in love; it was fully believable!! The cast filled the room with energy! The orchestra did a lovely job even though they were small. Thank you for a fabulous night!! What a treat!! See this play after the Anne of Green Gables musical across the street. The Anne of Green Gables musical barely touches her romance with Gilbert and definitely not her later years. The Anne and Gilbert musical covers her years after school, her romance with Gilbert, and her life at Redmond College.

What a wonderful show! Having lived in London, UK, I wasn’t sure what to expect in this town for this production. But I was surprised how much I loved the show. The cast did a fantastic job continuing the story of Anne of Green Gables into her older years. In the quaint place of Charlottetown, the talent in this play boasts a great story and lovely singing. A wonderful activity for all ages. Definitely would recommend!
