Wonderful place. Relaxing atmosphere. Competitive pricing. Helpful friendly staff. Been going biweekly for almost a year now to see Kyla. Always get compliments on her work (nails) even from complete strangers.

Went in multipule times with a friend to buy bath bombs, sales staff seemed to know their product at the beginning. Due to certain skin conditions (which we all deal with here and there) my friend and I ordered a certain product and was happy with it so we placed another large order for their charcoal bath bomb. The sales staff assured us that the correct product was ordered and on its way. Once it arrived my friend was unable to use it at all because franky IT WAS NOT WHAT WAS REQUESTED OR PROMISED TO US. At the end of the day the owner called my friend (who had attempted to buy what was left of the entire charcoal stock AFTER spending at least $300 on their line.) stupid. Proceeded to yell at her and was extremely rude and in my opinion, as a costumer service worker, was just unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all. Support Local but do not support ignorant people.

I went in there to pick up some charcoal bath bombs. When I asked for them I was told that they had them. They ended up selling me different product which the person I got them for is allergic to. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they were condescending and tried to make it my fault and didn't try to better the situation. Definitely won't be going back there.
