This splendid vintage theatre at the National Theatre School of Canada hosts many theatrical, comedy and musical events, and occasionally speakers and political events. It hosts shows for some of Montreal's festivals, including Just for Laughs.

A really nice theatre with comfortable seats and great legroom. The location is also easy to get to and there are great shows. There is a nice little cafe on the first floor if you are early. After your show you will have lots of options as this is located in a fairly active area with halls and food nearby including China town.

Nice but could be much nicer with some pride and attention deserving of the name. Je me souviens that if we want to appreciate a 'national monument', we need to take a plane and our passport....civic pride is not our strength.

Classic era theater. Seats are tights. Fun place to see a show.
