I often attend metal shows here and I have never had a problem personally. The doormen are very nice, and so are the people behind the bar. The stage is visible from pretty much everywhere in the venue, even the balcony, and the live screens help in the back. I have used the coat check before and its well organized and helps during the colder months. Beverages are a bit overpriced too. 7-9$ for a beer when next door has 2$ for the same. One problem I witnessed was security refused to break up a fight, but tossed someone who was taking a photo. They have a free phone charge station and earplug vending machine.

Good venue that is clean and has good service. Waiters are always coming around asking if you want a drink. Seating is good and you could always have a view of the stage no matter where you're sitting just when you're in the back it gets a little hard to see. My only complaint would be when sitting on the balcony you could really feel the AC blasting. I don't get cold easily so it didn't really bother me but my girlfriend was frozen and didn't enjoy the experience because of it. In the future I'll be sure to bring a sweater.

Went here for a Just For Laughs Show ( The Dirty Show) the place seemed adequate and not at all uncomfortable, you could get a good view of the show no matter where you sit.. just of course the farther back you are.. the smaller the people seem. Theres a bar here so you can have a drink while you watch the show...however, like most venues, the drinks are pretty watered down so unless you enjoy beer.. you'll be out of luck.

Great venue. Staff was awesome, from the doormen to bartenders. Well organized. Doormen got us out of the warm streets, into the air conditioned bar area to have a few pre show drinks.
