Uncomfortable folding chairs that are packed super close together, so barely any leg room and it's difficult to get past people in your row to get to your seat. Also chairs aren't spaced properly from one row to the next, so you could have someone's head directly in front of yours. The bathrooms are large, but not cleaned very well, there were definitely bits of poop on the stall walls. Also the temperature of the water coming out of the faucets was almost boiling and impossibly hot to actually use to clean your hands. It's a shame, it's a beautiful old theatre but the ugly folding chairs really take away from the ambience.

Venue is nice and big. Lineup moves fast. Bouncers are often doing too much, it's annoying. Also, sound quality is very bad if you are far behind on the lower level. Get there early and go center middle or front to get a good experience sound wise.

We came here to see Chris D’Elia and David Cross for Just For Laughs Festival. The venue was medium sized, we could see the performers clearly from row M and row V. It was kinda refreshing being able to see famous performers clearly and feeling close to them.

Came for a concert. Had a great time. The bathroom I used was clean, the staff were nice, and the bartenders weren't judgemental of my non-alcoholic requests.

We went to a Sugar Sammy stand-up comedy show. For that, the venue was great! Cozy) small enough for a dialog with the audience, but wide enough to hold a decent amount of people. There's a bar inside serving cocktails and wine (no food). Parking can be challenging in the area
