Went to see a movie tonight, told the worker we were there to see the 8:00pm movie of dead pool 2. For 3 movie tickets, a large popcorn, 2 pretzels, 3 large drinks, and a bag of gummy bears, for a grand total of $75.00, which is a little outrageous to me to begin with for 3 of us. But the main problem was after getting everything we were told to go to theater 12, from the worker which when we got in there by 8:06pm, the movie was already started so we thought nothing of it but then at around 8:45pm the movie was over. We were confused with the movie and very upset, come to find out that the worker had told us to go to the wrong number theater. After the movie had ended I went and spoke with the staff which I was then told we were supposed to go to theater number three so they had two showings and the worker had sent us to the showing that had started way earlier. Although after speaking with one of the workers I was given 3 free movie passes. But even with receiving the three free tickets it was not reimbursed for my money spent it was just a waste the mistake should not have happened we were all looking forward to seeing the movie but instead were disappointed at the fact we saw the ending which ruins the movie. And spent money on wasted popcorn and drinks. Very unprofessional employees with lack of knowledge of basic job skills.

This is the nicest theater I've been to. The place is immaculately clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. The seats are very comfy. The food has been great and fresh as well. I drive here from Saranac Lake that is how much I like it.

Excellent modern locally owned and ran movie theater. Prices are very reasonable, discounts for seniors, military, etc. Daily matinee pricing and Wednesday 10AM $5 all movies. Great place.

Just the best. They do a wonderful job of not just showing great movies but giving a great theater experience. Just like the theaters I went to when I was growing up in the 80s. I've never had a bad experience here.

This theater is so much better than our one other theater in town. Not only do you not have to go to the mall, but whenever I've gone in a movie there never seems to be more than six people in the theater with me. Also, they have free popcorn seasonings which are other Cinema charges significant money for. My sister knows not to ask me to go to the other theater, not happening!
