Wonderful experience. Great food and service at the right spot: downtown Quebec. A must when visiting Quebec City!

Everything was positive. Friendly, helpful front desk. Staff cheerfully unloaded/loaded and helped assemble/disassemble my husband's electric scooter and held doors for him. Room was spacious, light and airy. Food terrific. Ambiance classy. We speak English with a little high school French, had no problem. Within walking distance to everything in the Old City. Highly recommend

This hotel is beautiful. Could not say anything bad about it. Our service has been excellent. Our room with fantastic views of old Quebec. The noise from the street and theater is not a problem in the hotel. Our terrace is comfortable and private. Our bed is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is beautiful. Very pleased we chose to stay here.
