We came here on on a date night and were so excited to come. I should say I loved the seats and private "pod" that my husband and I got, it felt very secluded and luxurious. The problem was the food and service, which was not good. It took almost 40 minutes to bring us a few appetizers. At this point we were still hopeful for a good experience but after they forgot to bring us some of our ordered items then our dessert order came out wrong I was not happy. The items that did come out were not good. We ordered sweet potato fries and crispy green beans that had a heavy fish taste (I'm guessing they fry it in the same oil as the fish), then the sliders that were burnt. We had bought the $27 tickets and had a few drinks so the night came to about $180. It was a really expensive movie night that could have been so much better. Now a days most theaters have reclining seats and I can have a good food before so this really wasn't worth the cost to me. I gave two stars because the atmosphere is nice and the pods idea is cool.

A friend asked me out to the movies as long as I paid. Arrived and was advised to sit in the comfy and cozy seats that recline. The cost for two approximately $60.00. Includes attendant and free popcorn. I declined and chose equally comfortable seats for $16.00 each; no attendant and no FREE popcorn. My friend decided to order food and drinks as I had already eaten. She paid almost $70.00. So I am going to stick with Regal Cinemas. All of their seats are leather and recline ($12-16). I will eat before or after the movie at a restaurant.

I've been to the iPic 4 times and love it! I've only sat in Premium Plus seats so don't know how the others compare. In the premium plus you're in your own personal space so perfect for first dates. Fully reclining leather seats, a pillow and blanket and you get food service. Everytime I have been here the service has been fast and friendly. We normally order the sliders, calamari and truffle fries. The truffle fries are our favorite. Would definitely recommend giving this place a shot.

This was one of the worst movie experiences I can remember. We went to see The Incredibles 2 about a month ago. Four family members. Now, first let me say that "the idea" of iPic was great. Comfortable seats, good food, it seemed like a nice family day outing. But the movie began. And then the theater went dark, but the film started running. It took them ten minutes to restart -- evidently the whole theater lost picture -- many many screens. The picture started again, but they had skipped part of the film. Then it went back. Then it started again, earlier in the film. And there were two more blackouts before we left. In the end, we did get to see most of the movie, though not in order. But I can't say it felt like a "high end" movie experience.

Great idea, but huge dip in service and food lately. We have been visiting iPid regularly for the last year or so. At first, service and food were great, and worth the premium you pay (which is substantial). Lately, though, the service has taken a nose-dive. Last night, which was a busy Saturday, there was just one bartender. He was doing his best, but he was making drinks for all the servers to take into the theaters. They kept interrupting me as I tried to order a drink at the counter, so it took about 20 minutes to get a beer. Service inside the theaters isn't much better. It's obvious the staff are trying, but there just aren't enough of them. The food itself is nothing special - arrives cold, indifferently plated, at erratic times (one dessert arrived 30 minutes before the other). I don't think we will be paying the extra fee to see movies here anymore. Alamo in Yonkers has less hype, friendlier service, and much lower prices.
