It's a great store to buy any electronic gadget. At this moment I see the store a little empty in some aisles. They canceled the point program. A little unhappy for that

Great service I got in this Best Buy. Bought a phone from that guy Rassim and he took time to deal with Rogers by phone to get me a better deal ! Awesome for phones and computers and they got amazing staff that could help you really well !

Great staff, knowledgeable people with the will to help! I've never met a staff member there who wasn't kind and ready to serve! They know what they are doing! Which makes them an amazing place to buy your electronic needs!

A great store with lots of electronic goods of almost every nature. Plenty of sales and specific departments are knowledgeable at their job. Particularly of note are the staff in the television department as well as the Geeksquad members who are fully qualified commercial installers. Selection of games, movies, tvs, sound systems and all manner of goods are here and in general if it's electronic you'll find it here. Plenty of familiar staff and most are extremely friendly and useful and will most likely be the first to approach you if you look in need of help. I can't comment on any other department as I've not dealt with them but your best bet is to directly seek someone in the relevant section. Checkout staff depending on the staff and day can either be extremely pleasant or rather discourteous and preoccupied.

Clean place, lots of selection to choose from and the staff is more available and friendlier than the norm for those places. Not enough computers, but nobody is perfect.
