This place is overpriced and EMPTY. there's hardly any choice in brands and good luck finding any specialty items. I hate to say it but it's hard to beat Amazon. If we want to save local economies maybe best buy should invest in being more like Amazon with lots of random specialty items that people will only buy if they came there looking for it. Best buy should be like a hardware store. They have everything. Why doesn't best buy?

Thanks to Cassandra and Kenny's amazing customer service, my husband and I walked out of the store feeling confident with our purchases. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Some of the associates are really amazing and helpful... If you can find one without waiting 15 minutes or more. I'm happy with my experience but definitely not the place to go if you're in a rush

Best buy is OK i suppose. As per previous experiences, the sales people huddle together to discuss whatever and you feel your interrupting them to ask for help. The help received is i just barely adequate, generally feels rushed and then they rush off to be with their friends again. Not the best shopping experience.
