We had an excellent meal for five last night celebrating our daughter's birthday. She is vegan and we found the perfect spot for her and us. We were greeted upon arrival by the always friendly and helpful Marie-Soleil. The owner Simon took the time to explain the restaurant's philosophy and you could hear the passion in his voice regarding the fresh local grown ingredients and use of organic and self grown herbs and vegetables. This all translated into a delicious all you can eat meal which we all enjoyed. It was game night and we had the opportunity to pay board and card games before and after the meal service. After the meal we took the opportunity to use the axe throwing setup near the restaurant. That was fun for all. We then went for a walk through the maple trees to see the gravity flow piping that has been installed for the syrup flow in the spring. Thank you Simon and team for making this a memorable night for us.
