The trip is good, and the service is nice. The person giving the information was exceptional, educated and hard working. One star off, is because it was quite expensive, and you would expect some complementary food or at least cheaper prices for water, coffee or snacks. But it was quite expensive. Here are some tips before you go: 1. Get your own water 2. Get your own snacks. 3. Definitely get a jacket. 4. Bring a good camera. 5. Don't rush for the seats, it doesn't matter where you are, you will most probably see everything. 6. Listen to the guide on the boat, there is a lot to learn about whales, seals, birds and animals. 7. Don't over use the camera, be in the moment, these creatures are so beautiful. When you look after on your camera you would wish you spent more time enjoying rather than taking a pic.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience while whale watching in the zodiacs. Only reason I am giving it a 4/5 is because the zodiac staff we had were amazing and we managed to see belugas, a humpback and minkes! Here’s the bad portion of this review: The jackets and pants they provide you are not water resistant at all. They are useless. My girlfriend and I both got soaked almost instantly. I suggest bundling up and wearing your own rain gear that will actually keep you warm and dry. It gets cold out in the water, even if it’s +25c on the shore, dress warmly. I highly suggest gloves.

The service was good. However, they say on the website that you need to go to their office first to exchange your e-tickets for real ones, but it was hard to find their office and absolutely pointless (I was told that I don't need to exchange anything), so I was almost late for the trip. You need to go directly to the boat departure spot (big red roof house on the cost with a helicopter parked next to it). They charge 5CAD more for parking. If you choose a Zodiac (fast low profile boat) they give you windproof coats and fishing pants, so no need to bring your own clothing. In a +30C day, it was still very appreciated, as on the speed it was chilling. Don't wear sandals, cause it will be cold in this scenario.

Whale watching was fantastic. Do remember to bring something warm to wear. Even though it was 29 on shore the temperature dipped significantly on the water, with the wind around 12 .
