Writing this now because we have a hour and half to go on the tour and it would be nice if my children could see out of the boat. They have many boats and don’t offer to tell you which boat would be best. recommend the ones best suited for children. Poor customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience. We drove almost 4 hours from Quebec City to take the cruise. The gate attendant told us to be there at 2.15, we went and bought the tickets from the blue house and they told us the same, to be there at 2.15. We stayed for lunch at the same blue house and we were there at 2.16. The gate was closed, the ship was still there, but even if the attendant told them they we are there, they didn't let us in and they decided to depart without us. Luckily we got our money back but one of the worst experiences ever, to drive almost 800km for a trip and to get this kind of misleading information and awful customer service it is really disturbing.

I understand that you can't get refunded but the fact that you can't change dates of your reservation is a disgrace. + 400$ for 5 adults is overpriced. I recommend trying another company than this one.

Great experience but boring and arrogant staff.

advertised as a 3h-long tour on the saint-laurent, but ended up being 40 minutes in the middle of the river (they had to go pick other tourists at another pier among other things). knowledgeable speaker, but when she was not speaking we had constant terrible celtic music soundtrack. they are taking advantage of their monopolistic position in tadoussac by ripping off tourists while offering a bad service. avoid.
