Having been a 5 star customer service trainer in the hotel industry in the past, I am always impressed when I’m taken care of with service as #1. All of the staff at Le Saint Pierre are consistently helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I love all of the personal touches here, that really make the difference. Our valet, Luc, greeted us with such warmth, that I felt like an old friend was welcoming us. He then gave us a personalized tour of the hotel upon check-in before taking us to our room, showing us where all of the amenities were, and even explaining how to use their wonderful digital bartending machines, where you can get a selection of wines, and even hard liquor, with the swipe of your card. Mixers are available at the front desk upon request. The hotel is complete with a gym and beautifully candlelit lounge areas for relaxing with your wine. The only slight issue I had was the first night I shared a room with my mom on the older side of the hotel, which was very nice and clean, but my bed was very hard and uncomfortable (hers was fine). However, the next night, I got my own room and it was perfect. I slept like a baby and really appreciate the cleanliness of everything. Also love the added touch of classical music on in the room upon check-in. This hotel has the feeling of a quaint B&B, with the service of a 5 star resort, in an amazing location to top it off. Love.

Best service I have EVER received in a diamond rated hotel. From the Concierge to Housekeeping, I was delighted by friendly and helpful folks.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Self serve liquor and wine bar. Parking is a little crazy in that area, so is driving... You really don't need a car, unless you're planning some outdoor adventures. The museum right across the street from the hotel is definitely worth going to. Endless options for food in the area.

small hotel, good location, can walk to old quebec easily, and staff is very nice and helpful giving the information where to go and what to do.

In one sentence. Love it. Amazing place, with incredibly friendly staff. This hotel is perfectly situated so that you can walk pretty much anywhere and never be too tired. The staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to assist you. I will seek no other hotel in my future travel plans to Quebec City.
