I love these facials, and that the technicians go the extra mile. I go about 3 times a year to the Damara Delta location. Five stars if someone would offer to take my bulky winter coat :), but in terms of a facial, you'll leave feeling good about yourself and notice even more results after a few days.

New Management but still massage not great! I asked good massage with strong pressure on shoulder and back as my body has strong muscle and tired of work but the lady Katie did very light massage wasted 90 mins in most of the time covering body under the blanket.. she is good in massaging hands because those are light weight.. Not recommended this massage therapist who is looking more pressure and strong.

Worst experience ever,i went there for a 90 mins massage but the one attending me i guess is using her phone while working,for example i can feel her one hand just holding my foot for about 10mins like standby..i talk to my friend and she told me we had the same experience with the same lady..so i guess its not worth it to come back there and waste my money.

I found the owner abrupt in manner. (Darleen) She tried to talk over me and give me an answer when i have yet to ask my question. I had a groupon that expired and she said she would not take the value because had it expired. Learn groupons policies if you choose to use them Darleen. It states that the groupon will NEVER loose the face value of what it was paid for. I WAS willing to pay the difference in price for what i bought it for. If you want clients maybe you should treat people with respect!!
