I really have no clue where the bad reviews are coming from. We purchased a used trailer from them, actually went with the intent to buy nothing, just to look. We drove away without feeling pressured or anything. By the time we got back to Regina we called to get the ball rolling on one of the 5 we looked at. Biggest issue we had was I couldn't get the hitch setup correctly. Yes, the dealer installed it but I still had to set it. It happens at ALL dealers. They don't know how you're going to load it. Part of the process so educate yourself and be safe! Turns out the hitch we got was the incorrect weight. Measure your tongue weight! It's easy to do with some wood and a bathroom scale. Not all manufacturer's set a 10% DRY tongue weight. In our case, Crossroads actually built the trailer with a 15% DRY tongue weight. That's before battery and full propane tanks. That put us over the 800lb limit of the first hitch. No muss, no fuss, went back and straight up swapped it out. Easy!! As for some of the bad reviews below that mention "they only used silicone on the windows". What do you think every single home builder uses? Yup, silicone. Guess what? It requires regular maintenance!!! It degrades and will leak if you don't maintain it but it's perfectly acceptable to use to seal up RV windows. Also to the person that went 20 minutes before closing.... that's ALLLLLL on you. What were you even thinking that it would be a good idea? They don't just randomly show you trailers. They sit you down to find out what you're looking for, what you can tow, etc. They then have the service department bring out and setup the trailers the have in inventory that fit the bill. That isn't no 20 minute process. If you want to just wander around to look at RVs, go to the spring home show and wander all you want. Anyways, 5 stars, they've been excellent. Mack was our sales guy. Very friendly, laid back and knows that he's not going to get every single sale so zero pressure.

We traded our fifth wheel in and drove 8+ hours to grab our new trailer. Mack was super helpful and the guys in the back made the transition super easy. They were so helpful in meeting our needs, even filling the water so we could use the bathroom on our trip back. Five star service all the way!!

I drove from Edmonton all the way to Minards Leisure... and it was worth every penny!! I experienced the best price in Westerm Canada and the best sales service. The walk through was perfect in every way too. They answered all questions and gave some great tips and advice. Every department was very nice! I do recommend Minards Leisure for your buying experience! I will update this review once I have a problem with my trailer and tell you what the service department is like. Something always breaks in an RV. Cheers! Trevor

Was not impressed. When I decided to go with a different company for a better quality trailer at a better price both the salesman and finance person acted like children and tried guilting me into a sale. I will not be recommending this place to others.
