This is one of my favorite theaters. You end up spending more if you don't eat before coming, but the overall experience is great for a theater. Good seats (not the very best but good), great beer, great service, good food. It's hard to raise the bar much over this place.

Excellent theatre with fantastic presentation. Very friendly staff, and reserved seating, which is always a plus. The only reason it isn't five stars, is because the seating is a bit uncomfortable, with no recline, and an awkward sitting position. Most of the theater experience is sitting, so it's an integral part, especially with custom seats like this theater has. All in all, a good experience, and a must go over AMC's dine in, with the staff being much friendlier, and a more extensive menu.

My first time watching a movie here. Awesome service. Though I would also like my seat to be reclined. But overall, I love it. Staff is friendly and very accomodating. Of you need help, you'll just have to press a service button and they'll be there to help.

Studio Movie Grill in Simi Valley has stand-up comedy acts 2nd Wednesday of every month. Great seating. Great food delivered to your seats. Just a fun night out.

Food was well above average. Ordered a 9oz pinot noir with my burger (no zinfandel !) without knowing the price. $26.00! But as a company outing picked up the main entree, I wasn't about to complain. Burger was tasty; wife said her salad was good. Seats are roomy, wide, and plush, but don't recline. And when you're done eating, you can't get rid of the tray you were eating on. Acoustics were good, and people friendly - everyone said hello, goodbye, etc. Good show
