The attendant - Christy, was VERY nice & helpful with getting a rental for my son in law. His truck was stolen, with all his ID. We were able to get a rental vehicle for him without photo ID.... they were the only rental company that would. I'd definitely recommend them

Update Thank you Steve, I'm impressed by the quick follow up. I appreciate you listening to my concerns and making an effort to change your policies to better serve your customers in the future. Your apology on behalf of the company is accepted and hopefully it all goes smoothly next time. I was very happy with the wide selection of vehicles that allowed me to do a last minute booking, a position i found myself in when AVIS promised a van they couldn't deliver on. Unfortunately when I went to pick it up the place was closed, almost an hour earlier than their listed closing time. I had to leave at 7 the next morning so my plans were FUBAR. I called hertz customer service to see if there was anyone on call and they said it's not possible and they are not responsible for stores closing early because it was an independent location. Had to run across the street to see if the other rental company had something. Thank god they had a vehicle available but it was 8 passengers instead of a roomy 15 so it's going to be a very cosy ride for everyone tomorrow. Extremely disappoint with the lack of follow up. You'd think they would would call the people who had afternoon pick ups before closing early.
