Fantastic service each and every time. From the moment I drive up to the check in to the moment I come home and pay my bill. Shuttle drivers are very helpful and always willing to carefully the bags. Keep up the good work!

Park N Fly is a good way to travel on a short trip without needing to worry about grabbing a cab when you get back. Unfortunately when you drive into their lot, there is very little signage and you have to make all kinds of guesses about how to find the aisle that you've been told to park your car in. Once you get past that fertile though the overall process is pretty good. You park your car and wait for a van to come pick you up and take you to the airport. They seem to have two or three vans that circle around so you only have to wait for about 10 minutes before the next van will show up. In my case the van that showed up first had just gotten filled so I had to wait the full 10 minutes which is why I know how long it takes. They give you a slip that you hold onto until you return and it tells the driver where your vehicle is for your return back at the end of your trip. It can be a little pricey but if you want to have your vehicle available when you land it's a pretty decent option.

Before we flew to east coast, I was looking for a good place to park our suv. I checked online, read reviews and even went on trip advisor just to see where’s the best place to park our vehicle for couple weeks. I was actually thinking of parking our vehicle at the value park or at the jetsetter (not sure if that’s the right name) coz it’s closer to the airport so more convenient with Our luggage and two carseats plus our two toddlers but I got sidetracked with the kids and forgot to booked it that day. So i tried booking online with Edmonton’s Park n Fly and got a discount for it. Went there Sunday afternoon, the guy in the front desk greeted us as soon as we stop at the gate to get our ticket, told us where to park and a shuttle will pick us up right away. So went to park our vehicle and he was right, the shuttle was right behind us, the driver-older guy(Raymond) helped us with all our luggage. Went to the airport and I didn’t realized my hubby took the extra bag I packed (extra bag for when we land back to edmonton, no need to carry all the stuff, just that bag for our over night hotel stay-makes life easier especially with toddlers) so the driver heard me and said if we don’t need that extra bag he can bring it with him and put it in their office if we are okay with it so we both said yes!! He was kind enough to put the sticky notes with our name and contact info outside of the bag. Super nice guy! Very helpful and friendly. Came back from our trip and we had a different older driver (John L) super nice too and very helpful. He helped us with our luggage and very friendly. Not sure what other people are saying about waiting time at the airport coz we called the office and she told us to go to either gate 10 or 3 and the driver will be there right away. We went to gate 10 and not very long, the shuttle was there to pick us up. When we went to the gate to pay, (booking online is worth it coz of the discount!!) we asked the lady at the front desk if there’s a black bag with our contact info in it and she went to checked and yup it was there. You know they value their costumers if they put the belongings in a locked shed!! :) overall, we are very satisfied, from their good costumer service to a discounted rate. I would recommend them to my friends and family!

They could really use some better way of communicating the bus pick up and drop off to passengers. Prices are good(ish). Never had an issue with theft or damage.
