Extremely small, but clean and efficient airport. Some cool small shops to browse while waiting, and a slick little wine bar serving wines from the region. If hungry, there is a Horton's for some lite bite. Do not arrive early hoping to beat lines or someone negate any risk of missing a flight, as there aren't many folks flying in or out of here.

Excellent Flair Airline staff!! Unbelievably kind and welcoming! However, our beautiful reception was cut short with the rudeness of the security staff. The woman with the dark hair and glasses today, August 9, 2018 at noon should absolutely not be working with the public. This isn’t Edmonton ‘ she exclaimed! What?? What was that all about?? Her tone and was condescending and instantly put me in a lousy mood. There was absolutely NO reason to treat a customer like that. Take note Kelowna Airport! If it wasn’t, once again, for the beautiful Flair Staff checking boarding passes, I would still be angry!! Take lessons from Flair!!!

Have been here several times. Easy check in. West Jet staff always friendly. Staff at White Spot were friendly and accommodating. A good experience.

Prob the most laid back airport that i have ever been to. Quaint and friendly. Easy access and an all around stress free visit.

Most disorganized, inefficient, poorly signed airport in western Canada. It was a busy Sunday morning and I must of had 5 people ask me various questions about security, gates, and car rental procedure. I've been through here 10 times in recent memory and it still confuses me. Follow-up... August 9. Another terrible experience at this gong show. 1 line in security, mass disorganization.... seriously, easily the worst airport I've experienced in many years
