I have used this airport almost every summer for over a decade. For the most part it’s been pleasant until tonight when I was leaving the plane. I was walking off the tarmac into the airport and a very hostile and unprofessional woman decided it was appropriate to harass me about my support dog. I didn’t expect I would be needing all the documentation leaving the flight but this awful person was demeaning and intrusive. I had to dig through my bag on the ground for what apparently wasn’t good enough documention for her although my airline had approved it. She continued to make it an issue and I walked away as she is just a miserable person. Gonna fly out elsewhere to avoid the embarrassment.

Overall a good rural area airport. The building is clean and kept well. The mobile website however is poorly designed. The UI is unfriendly and unintuitive. No real contact us tab. Must use directory to find most information. Non mobile website was not used so I don't know if it's both or just mobile.

DEFINITELY my airport of choice on the entire Island. I’ll be honest, I’ve had a couple of issues ... but they’ve been entirely my fault; ie: late arrival for my flight so I couldn’t board. I should have known better 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m always early now, even allowing time to browse the beautiful gift shop and enjoy a coffee and a scone from the cafe. Makes traveling so much more enjoyable when I’m able to sit and relax in such a positive atmosphere.

WHY use this airport? Super easy in-out ... if you have family flying onto the island, this airport gives the greatest views on approach. Convenient parking with plenty of well-placed ticket machines (don't forget to put one on your dashboard). Food and snack options are good - makes waiting more fun!

Nice, pleasant little airport. However, food and beverage options in the departures lounge needs improvement - vending machines only, the one with beverages was out of service on my last trip, and they take cash only.
