I work a camp job and fly with them every 1-2 weeks from Edmonton to northeastern bc. They lack the organizational skills to set up a single flight let alone hundreds. They had to kick people off the plane because there were no more seats...something that should have been rectified long before there were people standing in the aisles with no seats. It also seems that there's at least one plane that is always broken down causing other airline companies to have to pick up the slack. And when we have delays there is no communications as to why. We all just sit for hours with no instruction. Unfortunately, I wouldn't fly with them if I had the choice.

This is a complete and utter disgrace of an airline. No communication to the passengers, absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely avoid this mess next time, by driving myself.
