Thank you so much to the staff for being so friendly and welcoming! I had come from a music festival looking very dirty and was worried I would get treated rudely. But they greeted me with smiles and let me use their extremely clean washroom to clean myself up!! Thanks to the lovely staff!! Wish all airport's were as friendly as you guys are! 😊

Officers Gonzalez, barriantos (both women) and an African American male (who would not give me his name) were all rude and disrespectful. They all worked on 8/6/18 between 3:15 pm and 4:00 pm. Please expect them to pull people from behind you to process them before you. That seems to be the norm. Although they say “it’s a system that makes sense” it is not! I don’t understand how someone behind you is processed before you when you were in line first and most lkely your flight leaves first. I am so unhappy with this airport and it’s employees. They are rude, not helpful, and choose to protect their colleagues before their customers! I spend too much money to deal with this! I hope this airport turns around their customer service! Btw, this was air canada.

Brand new terminal building for the Trail Airport which I recently experienced the first time and for anyone that has flown in and out of Trail, it's a night and day difference from the previous terminal building. The new terminal building is very nice; its large and open, clean, had a couple of flex spaces to do work if needed and the best part is the large seating area which gives you a direct view of the planes. One bad thing about the airport is the feee wifi that they offer. For some reason they chose to operate their own hotspot which was so slow it was unusable at the time I was there. It would be way better if they just added a Shaw Go hotspot for the convenience of travellers. If it wasn't for the crappy wifi I would have rated 5 stars.

Friendly staff in this tiny little airport. Planes here usually have a much easier time getting in and out than cancelgar, however there may occasionally have issues. Was touch and go when I went through.
