It’s great to have an airport to allow anyone form the north to get down south. It’s really small yet cozy and local. Only a five minute drive from Smithers. Car rentals and a Ukrainian restaurant. Very nice pierogies 😊 There is only one gate and sadly there are no water fountains so you’ll only be able to drink on the planes.

For a small airport, the local employees really go out of their way to help you, a testament to great service, and kind faces. one of the few airports where you can feel totally relaxed.

Lack of flights especially when planes don't land and no concession.

Small airport in a really beautiful area. Fast security lines. Free Wifi. There is one cafe for food which is decent. Car rentals on site.
