Absolutely brutal customer service. After notifying my family 18 hours before departure time that the KingAir i chartered to fly my family to Massachusetts needed to be taken out of service, we were extorted for another $3,000 or forced to cancel. With such short notice, no decent charter companies could reposition a plane. We were rudely told that “this is the way it is in Canada”. I would recommend running in the opposite direction.

We were referred to Flightpath by a good client that we trust a great deal, and they have been really fantastic to work with. Every person there go out of their way to ensure you're taken care of and they offer a personal family style of service that makes you feel right at home. Very highly recommended.
