Come through here often on business and always a nice experience. Staff and security are generally helpful and it is very clean and well maintained. I've been to tons of small airports and this is definitely one of the better ones.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant before security has the most fantastic butter tarts and brownies!

Okay airport but the security is horrendous. I have flown through a dozen countries, including the U.S., and all over Canada and I have never seen security personnel so drunk with power. Security at the Sudbury airport is willing to toss your carry-on and write up a report on you for any reason including having an infant or carrying a pen or house keys (seriously, this has happened to people I know including my wife, and a day after my Dad's funeral no less!). They treat the airport like you are entering and exiting Fallujah! Avoid this airport at all costs, it is not worth the headache.

Not equip to deal with mental illness. Extremely unhelpful when it comes to panic attacks and staff simply makes it worse.

The 4'10" red head bridge troll working the security line needs to be reminded she isn't guarding entrance to the thunderdome. She treated me like garbage for having forgot a sharp object in my purse. Acted like I was on America's most wanted. She is a complete nutbag on a powertrip. Most horrible airport security experience and I've been to Africa, Asia, Europe and the US. Avoid like the plague.
