Very quick to get through, very friendly staff, very clean overall. Very small airport overall, only 4 gates but it doesn't feel too cramped. The only downside is that they don't have a lot of food options. There is a Timmy's before you go through security however once you are through there is only one little shop and they only sell snacks

I used to fly from Toronto but then I found this gem of an airport. Easy, relaxed atmosphere where you actually feel like a person and not just a passenger. Great staff, very friendly and polite. Great job London!

Terrific little airport. Much easier to fly from London than to drive to the Toronto airport.

We love having just an hours drive to the airport and the small relaxed feeling of this great place. Parking is easy, lots of room at tims after checking in, and security is fast and friendly. Great views to watch planes come and go while you are waiting to board. We are very happy to have this airport so close to us.

Very accommodating staff. Very friendly especially helpful to my daughter as it was her first plane ride and first real time away from home. Mom was allowed to accompany her to the area where she was to board. I think they noticed mom was more nervous about her daughter leaving on her first plane ride than her daughter. Lol. They knew exactly how to make us both feel relaxed and comfortable.
