We got a good price out of this airport but to be honest, I would prefer Pearson, Niagara Falls or Buffalo. Awkward location to get to and long term parking rates are ridiculous, I paid 125$ for 11 days. Pearson park n fly is much cheaper with online coupons. Long story short, the airport offers limited benefit over Pearson and way less variety. Airport was easy to get through bag drop and security.

This is complete rubbish. Delays today in to the airport exceeded an hour plus! We planned ahead, if delays are going to up to 30 mean it every access to the airport is under construction add to that the dump trucks lining up for the paving construction at the airport parking lot. All this added to delays. I typically have had nothing but good things to say about the Hamilton Airport, that changed today. My son will be out of pocket more than $500 when all is said and done. There needs to be much wider publication of construction and delays at the airport especially when they exceed hours and affect all access routes to the airport. Not fair to customers. Add to that there are no personal at the check desks so when late arrives do penetrate access to the airport there is no one there to help customers. An airport employee indicated the road was closed and was suppose to reopen at 4 pm but was delayed. The public depends on the airport and today it was MIA.

Convenient to fly out of, but food options are limited and the air in the boarding lounge always smells of exhaust of some type. I have flown out of here 10-12 times and the smell is always there. No other airport has this odour.

Flying at it's best. No stress. No pushing, no long lines, quick check in....from point of parking until you are in the plane awesome experience.

Definitely not enough seating, given the volume. The bar in the departure lounge closed at 4pm as the place was totally packed. The whole facility needs to rework their service area given the new volume
