Worst airline. Horrible customer service, refuse to pay back a fee that wasn’t requested. Will never ever fly with this airline again. Go elsewhere where they actually respect and appreciate their customers!

My mother in law needed wheel chair and these guys kept her waiting for 2 hours! Such a poor service from the airport staff, almost border line abusing. Avoid this airline.

Very nice planes, spacious, comfortable. Very well decorated, good ambiance. they feed you with delicious food (both western and indian style). And plenty of meals and drinks provided. Flights are largely prompt and on time. Flight attendants are attentive and professional. the on board entertainment is +++++ very large selection of current Hollywood movies, games, music, etc. I just love flying Jet Airways, this airline does not get nearly enough credit.
