Very poor repair service from the Cove. Five weeks after initial contact and three weeks after receiving the jet ski at their repair facility, the machine we brought in for service was still not complete. A disorganized and unresponsive service department who promised us calls back were not transparent with their mistakes and failed to take ownership of our repair. Ultimately, we elected to take back our jet ski and move it to another local repair company who was able to complete the work in three days.

We purchased a paddle boat (pedal boat?) from The Cove a number of years ago. When it was taken out of the water last year, the rudder broke off. I ordered that part from Wendy and she found that the model was no longer being made. In spite of this, she managed to have the factory from which it was purchased track down the part. When my son tried to put it on, he discovered the entire system to which it had been connected was also broken. Here she goes again, and voila, she managed to get it, too, after, I believe several phone calls to the supplier. And it was inexpensive and delivered immediately. I can't say enough about how excellent her action was and her very pleasant personality was delightful. What a treasure for customers and The Cove to have her there!

Don’t know about the cove at all before, but Ryan is the guy who we drove all the way from Toronto for!

We have been dealing with The Cove for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and seem willing to do whatever they need to do to solve any issues. It always bothers me reading reviews of people who probably only made one visit to the store, or often didn't bother going at all. We have been at both the main store and marina literally hundreds of times over the years and they have always been welcoming, professional and helpful.
