Heard a lot, but visited the place for the first time on Jul 21, 2018, since we came to Canada in 2010. Approx 3 hours drive (266kms) from Brampton, the highway itself presents a lot scenic beauty dotted with eateries at where ever you wish to take a break. Blue Heron is located very conveniently or rather you just bump in at their location. The person manning the parking was very courteous, he guided us to ticket counter, it was smooth process with ferry schedules posted at every places. We got our tickets and parked our vehicles (parking fee included in price of tickets). We boarded glass bottom ferry with non stop schedule ferrying us to most beautiful scenic excursion on crystal clear water. The elaborate commentary about spots was informative. One gets absorbed in lap of nature so much that he wishes the time to stop. Ship wrecks visible at lake bed, flowerpot island and other nearby spots along ferry routes were awesome. The journey on ferry was worth every single penny spent on buying it, rather it much more that it. Wish to visit it more often in future. To enjoy make it around 10 am, to get ferry schedule of your choice, as it gets much busy as days progresses. Glass bottom non stop is the best for first timers.

Great tour operator. Very apparent that they have been doing this for many years. Very comfortable vessel. Very professional staff. Took their time explaining the sites that they bring you to in the Fathom 5 National park. Fair prices. Very interesting and pleasant tour. We did the Flower Pot Island tour. Worth your time and money.

We chose to go with Blue Heron Cruises for our trip to Flower Pot Island. Took the glass bottomed boat on the way there, this cruise offered great views of the Little Tub Lighthouse and the multiple shipwrecks. Staff offered great information through out the tour. Very large glass bottom portion of the boat for observing. Great views of the Flower Pots on the way in. To save time we took the speed boat back, very quick boat ride back into Toberymory. Ticket pickup was a quick process as we booked our cruise online before hand. Also multiple locations on your way into town offer free parking and ticket pickup.

Great experience! Took my boys on a day off from school. It wasn't very busy. The staff was amazing. The crew members in the boat were so friendly and answered lots of questions. My boys just loved it! Beautiful sites. The shipwrecks are so cool!

Tour guides were great. Took the two storey boat that didn't stop on flower pot island. It was so beautiful. Not to be missed. Highly recommended.
