We stayed here over the Cavendish Beach Music Festival July 2018, Gail and Jamie make this hotel worth every second of the stay!!!! Very clean, the service is beyond belief, and I have stayed at my fair share of hotels. They go above and beyond expectations, well they did for us anyway :-) Yes the hotel could use a little TLC, but to be honest your there to sleep, so really how much more can they give. I will forever be a client at this hotel when I am in need of accommodations. Thank you Gail and Jamie so very much for your wonderful hospitality, you truly are a gem!!!! Steve, Christina, Cassy.

Beautiful view of the bay and quiet if you are on the right side if the hotel. Not really an Inn, more like a roadside motel with a view. Not as luxurious as the price would suggest. Very nice staff, very good complimentary breakfast.

Located in a quite zone, Inn at the Pier is a really nice and cozy place to stay when you plan a trip in Prince Edward Island. The sunset view is beautiful and the people here are friendly. They also provide continental breakfast and a lot of water amenities you can rent. The location is 5 mins to Cavendish beach and 15 mins to New Glasgow Lobster Supper, very convenient!

Excellent service, friendly staff, restaurant food is delicious, the watersports are awesome. Make sure you try parasailing and jet skiing, it's pricey but worth it, especially if you get the package. The bay surroundings are beautiful and they have a hot tub overlooking the water.

We booked a suite facing the water and our room was huge. It had a comfortable king size bed, sitting area with pull out sofa bed, an electric fireplace, air conditioning, a newly renovated bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, a kitchenette in its own area with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, sink along with dish soap and washing/drying cloths if we needed them, and eating area. Off the kitchenette was a door to the balcony that had 2 chairs, a drink table and the most stunning views as we were right on the water and in the perfect spot for watching the sunset. We are dinner in the restaurant outside on the patio and were very happy with our meals. We also received a free continental breakfast in the dining room as well. It was not crowded since there are only 18 rooms in the building. We also had time to use the swimming pool which is a salt water pool and heated to around 80 degrees which made it easy to enter without cold shock and still cool enough to be refreshing. We never tried the horrible, but it looked clean and nice...but it was too hot outside and we needed to cool off. They also have a dock there and have water sport equipment rentals. They do para-sailing, they rent kayaks, paddleboards, and even have Sea Doo rentals. My husband and I opted to do the Sea Doo rental. It was somewhat expensive with a hefty deposit (which you get back, of course) but worth every penny. I strongly recommend renting one for each person and go for a full hour. We had so much fun on them, we ended up buying ourselves 2 of them a little over a week later! The staff there were all wonderful, friendly and seemed eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The only thing that I did not like was that we were staying there during a heat wave and the main hallways were like an oven because apparently there is no air conditioning anywhere in the building except the guest rooms. Aside from that minor thing, our stay was absolutely wonderful for a romantic getaway and I would have provided 6 out of 5 stars if I could have.
