An excellently built airport with everything was smooth. However you can have bad experiences at any airport in the world but most likely you'll have a good experience at this airport. Pendant you'll be very pleased with this airport! Security was very pleasant & helpful to deal with! Facilities were very clean and many restaurants & shops to choose from. Least stressful day of travel so far!! Strongly recommended

One of the best airports I have been to! The airport itself is very clean, newer building, and smells quite lovely. The air quality is high and there is plenty of natural light making the space feel open and lively. If you are flying to the States or Internationally, the Duty Free shop has a very good selection of liquors, wines, watches, purses, nick-nacks, and more. The staff is friendly and helpful at the Duty Free shops as well. This is a smaller airport, so there really aren't as many delays as you would get at some of the larger airports like Pearson. The security lines move quickly, and every one of our interactions with staff members there was pleasant. The security guy was joking around with us, and the customs agent had a good personality. Overall a great travel experience!

The self serve kiosks work well and can already see them installing self serve baggage drop off. Good food options. Strange they don’t section off domestic vs international flights so you can’t actually buy from duty free shop even though you have access to it. The battery chargers - all 3 of them don’t work at my gate (A48-47) which is why I took the one star off.

Very big and interesting airport. Lots of gates and doors to go to planes. Lots of shoppes, restaurants, bars, including hotels, ATM's, change offices and more. The staff, managers, crews and the security is good and nice. Some special events like holidays, new flights, and more has onset here. It's my favorite airport in Canada.

As good as a large airport gets. Clean, pretty fast custom lines and a great duty free shoppe. PE Trudeau or Dorval (original name) airport is a close 12 miles to Montreal Centre. Easy mass transit options available.
