This is the worst airplane and airport ever. If there is a rating below zero, I will not hesitate to put (-)5. It is the worst experience in my life. The airplane was very hot and smelly. The staff in the airplane and especially the turkish workers in the airport are extremely unfriendly, aggressive, impolite, rude and very depraved. Toilets are very disgusting. Food are not of good quality. Everything seems awful and disgusting. In conclusion, I don't recommend anyone to try this awful airline even if it is cheaper than other airlines. Most of people who put 5 stars are turkish and arabs in order to increase the rating of their airlines. However, I respect their opinion, but they should not be counted because they will deceive others who are looking for a good airline and a good quality of service.

I were their fidel customer and they were my priority in my ticket purchasing. Last time they completely torn my brand new baggage. It’s happened sometimes and it’s ok. The bad part is that I claim it with recite which showed that I bought it just few days for 350$ (CAD) They accept to pay back 80$ (usd) The story started from here. They ask about all my very personal questions and information such as tax records bank account birth certificate and so many things. And they said my bank need them. I went to bank and they said no. Dont trust them. We never ask for such information for transfer money. So I just send my bank info. They sent me the response that we will check and come back to you. It’s more than a year that I send email and update my profile with them without any answer. I even wrote to COE of Turkish. Shame on them that lost their costumer for 80$. I heard from too many people that they are victims of baggage rubbery or lost or stolen thing during their trip with Turkish. Try BA They are great

This airline was a nightmare, flying with this airline is unsafe, you never know what will happen, American citizens might get passport stamped and deported after being literally quarantined in airport, you will have a police with you at all times but you will get searched Everytime if not strip searched, just think " Lawrence of Arabia got molested by Turkish soldiers while traveling thru Turkey" so he wrote in his book, if your connection flight thru Turkey to another destination and you passport get stamped you have to go back to the States then go where ever you wanted to go.

2017.09.01 Montréal to istanbul. Turkish checking staff, the worst team that I have ever seen in my life. Rude, unfriendly and agressive. Specially their supervisor. Thank to air Canada staff who tried to make up turkish airlines unacceptable attitude towards passengers. I think that turkish airlines customer service standard is way less than our standards in Canada.
