Called this morning about towing our car to our home after it quit on the side of the road. The lady on the phone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a price for how much it would be and I was able to get a guy out right away. The lady in the office called me again when the tow truck drive arrived at the car to let me know he arrived as no one was at the car anymore. He got to our house for drop off very quickly and everything on the car looked great. The young man showed up professionally and the whole process was way easier and quicker than expected. Very happy with the services and made this situation very stress free. Price I was given on the phone was how much I was charged and it was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow. Outstanding Service.

Courteous service; above and beyond. Driver identified a broken belt, and offered a lift after dropping my vehicle off at my mechanic's shop. Would use CRS services again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks!

Just had my car pulled out of the ditch/thick snow from a whiteout storm the night before. My Roadside Coverage told me maybe 90mins and CRS said 20mins and was there even sooner! Worth the money to get pulled out right away vs stand around waiting. 👍 Hopefully I never have to call you guys again 😅

I was recently in an accident, as I’m 24 weeks pregnant and my airbags deployed and I had my 11 month old daughter in the vehicle at the time I was urged by paramedics and fire fighters to go to the hospital for obvious reasons. After waiting on scene for almost an hour for police and tow truck to arrive I left and was assured by the fire fighter on scene that my car would be towed to my house. I had informed him that my roommate was there waiting to pay for the tow truck bill as I had no choice but to leave for the safety of my kids & myself, I left the fire fighters with all of my contact information in case there was any issues as well as the address they were to be taking my vehicle. I arrived home shortly before midnight & my car was no where to be found, after calling every tow truck company under the sun i was informed that this company had towed my car to the Acheson impound lot because nobody was at the scene of the accident upon their arrival. This accident took place in spruce grove & they have an impound lot in spruce grove so why it was towed to their Acheson impound yard is BEYOND me. Further more after speaking to the owner he informed me that it was there and nobody was available to deliver it to my house until the morning even though I was told it was going to be delivered directly to my house & it’s a 24 hour towing company so how there was nobody available makes no sense to me what so ever, so In the morning when I called to arrange the drop off the girl I spoke to on the phone told me there was NO outstanding charges and that they were not going to charge me a storage fee, and then put me on hold & after speaking to the owner herself she proceeded to then tell me I owed a total of $300.00 for the tow from the accident to the yard and then an over night impound fee. I was not contacted once during this entire process as I was told I would be & their reasoning was because I was TAKEN TO HOSPITAL. I had arranged payment for the tow before I left the scene of the accident and left my contact information with the firefighters on scene to give to the company to work out any issues such as this one. I’m a stay at home mom who is pregnant I do not work & they would not release my vehicle to me until this bill was paid of course. Honestly I was very disappointed with the way I was treated considering the circumstances, and over all completely baffled that in a span of 3 hours and no attempt to be contacted that I was left with this huge bill and no explanation as to why I was not contacted upon their arrival & why it was towed to the farthest yard possible & why it could not be delivered when I initially contacted them that night to have it dealt with rather than in the morning. I Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
