Worst Company ever. I wish I could leave 0 Stars. Had my car damaged by one of their driver and never got my damage fully reimbursed. You never considered to pay for the estimate. No damage, no estimate necessary. Also you never responded to better business which I had involved! Very sad how you treat your customers!!!

I had the misfortune of running into one of the meadowlark tow truck units last night I was westbound on yellow head highway approximately 2 o’clock in the morning when I saw ahead of me A tow truck with lights on the side of the road. I know that the law is slow down to 60 km an hour or move over if possible. I Did not feel safe moving over to the other lane because people were trying to pass me so I actually slow down to only 50 km an hour as I was approaching the tow truck the driver stepped out in front of me and made me stop. I thought something was wrong and he needed my help. The driver proceeded then to yell and scream obscenities at me and tell me how “bleeping stupid I was because I didn’t move over”. I lost my temper I screamed right back and I told him it’s the law to pass at 60 and I was only doing 50. I’m sorry that I lost my temper I did yell obsecenities right back at him and yes indeed I called him bleephole but his attitude was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I turned around I came back to get a unit number and a name for the truck I didn’t say anything more until he started screaming at me again saying that he was going to call the police at which point I said I know the law it is 60 km an hour I couldn’t move over He screamed “ I wrote the bleeping law!” I am so sick and tired of getting bullied and pooped on by other people especially by other professional drivers. that I am actually writing in about this I did nothing wrong I slowed down to 50 to keep him AND me safe and this is just bs. He completely overreacted, if I was driving unsafely I how would’ve I have been able to stop and talk to him!!! any way be aware of at least one male driver of unit 62 or 92 (can’t remember I was so upset by this bully) he’s got quite the aggressive volatile temper >:( btw right from the ama website “So, when you’re driving in the lane next to an emergency vehicle or tow truck at the side of the road with their lights flashing, slow down to 60 km/hr (or less, if the speed limit is lower). Move over one lane, IF POSSIBLE, to give them room to work safely. If there’s a full lane buffer between you and the emergency vehicle or tow truck, you may continue at the posted speed limit....this is the law!”

Maria was fabulous! Very friendly and efficient - she arrived much sooner than expected, and had my vehicle running within a few minutes!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Terrible people, terrible service. We called them no less than half a dozen times and they never showed up most of those times and the times they did show up it was 6-8 hours later when they quoted 2-3 hours which was too late as the people who were parked illegally had gone. They are absolutely useless and it amazes me they are still in business. Do yourself a favour and hire someone else.
