I understand that this company and the employees are only doing there job but who I dealt with was rude and just not a nice guy. Charged me a drop fee and had to pick up a car from impound. I agree with the previous posts. What happened to common courtesy in spruce. I honestly forgot and could have moved it easily. Or at least he could have let me off the ridiculous drop fee. I was right there and had to post my car. It was my fault for leaving my car out there but seriously!!! And find some customer service and manners. Thanks

Same issue as the lady before me. We always try and make sure are cars are off the road for clearing but my son jut totally forgot. We have lived in the Grove for 20 years and in the past have had a quick knock on the door the few times it has happened a vehicle was out front. No problem, we run out and move it. Apparently the Grove has decided that it's faster to tag and run with the vehicle instead of a quick knock. Hope these tow truck companies make their quotas here. The longer I live in the Grove the less respect I have for the people running this place and the companies and law enforcement used to enforce thier asinine rules. What happened to common courtesy?

Charged me $89.25 for an unnecessary drop fee. I am not from Spruce Grove, had been parked outside for maybe 30 minutes, did not know that it was snow removal day and just happen to catch them loading up my truck. it was one minute of work to take my truck off. I explained that I am a single mom and really didn’t have the extra $85 drop fee but that didn’t matter
