I was pulled over for expired registration, and informed that my car would be towed. I asked to use AMA, but unfortunately for me the rcmp refused and called grandin towing. I requested for a flat deck for my Porsche 911 to avoid damages. I guess it didn't matter because the driver hit my front bumper with his hook, pulled the car in gear causing damage to my transmission and finally scraping my tailpipe on the way up. I called to talk to the owner of the company about my experience, and he never called me back. So instead I'll share this negative experience with all of you , if given the choice, please save yourself the grief and call somebody else who cares about their customers and their vehicles.

I had a good experience I broke down in St Albert the driver was quick getting to me at 2am. My vehicle is lowered I asked for a flatdeck and the guy was great, diddnt scrape the bumper once. Ive had some bad experiences with guys scraping my bumpers all up or waiting forever for them to come so I felt compelled to write a review. The driver Allso asked me what was wrong with the car like another reviewer experienced. I'm assuming this was to speed up the process and to let the driver know of any major problems that arnt aparent at first glance to him.

Called for a tow for a flat tire from destination a to b and was told it would be $65. Two truck driver arrives at vehicle says that he can tow it without the keys. Arrives at mechanics and asks what was wrong with it. I point to the obviously flat tire. He looks shocked and says he could have changed the tire it for less if he would have known that. Whatever. They says it will be $105 plus $2.50 per km for another $20. They waved the $20 km charge but not the extra $40. Not very happy.
