I live in a condo building where visitors are required to get a parking pass from the tenant they are visiting.. been that policy for over a decade. I understand that. I had a cleaning lady come on sunday for a few hours. At some point her car was towed for not having a pass. We noted three other vehicles in the lot without a parking pass.. and they were never towed at all. Also considering it was the May long weekend, their office is closed so she had to wait until Tuesday to get her car. Total ? $400 . That is just ridiculous.... $400 for a tow and storage ( 28km away ). How come the other cars were not towed? They were there a lot longer than the 3 hours she was. A total rip off..

I did a dumb move and locked my keys in my car. Within 15 minutes the Kingsway Towing guy was here and kindly helped me get my car open. Thank you!

Scam company!!! On Dec 30th they took a call from AMA to help me. My car had a flat. Didn't know why, pulled over to a parking lot. I finally got a call from these guys saying they were on the way. I couldn't meet them, it was -30 and AMA said they didn't require people to wait with their cars in those temperatures. So they call and ask what I wanted. I said 'If the tire takes air, Great, I have a tire pump so I'll top it up when I get there. If it doesn't, call me and we'll arrange for it to be towed' I never heard back. Next day, my friend and I go with the tire pump. Sitting there for 15 minutes. Absolutely nothing. And by the footprints around the car, it didn't look like anyone was even there. Called back AMA. They checked their records. They had it recorded that the guy was there 15 minutes and that he filled the tire. NOPE!! Because when I finally DID get the tire off, that thing was SHREDDED. It had all kinds of holes I could stick my thumb in! Tire repair said I 'drove it to destruction'. So, Kingsway towing lies about their service calls. That's it.

We called this towing company when our trailer broke down and had already waited over an hour and a half for cliffs. Called them and they informed us that the guy was in the truck and on his way. 2 hours later He never showed up and cliffs finally did. This toe truck company and cliffs is an absolute joke. Use anyone but them!
