Received a tow on Sunday, when the weather was -40. From the dispatcher to the person who towed my vehicle everyone was very courteous and very prompt. Could not have been happier with the service I received. Thanks!

Super awesome staff, quick response times. I notice some negative reviews but I am sure these people were upset over their own wrong doings. All good people here who take time and care to move every vehicle as if it were their own. Highly recommend, will use for all future service.

Had them tow my car when it broke down, they were there in 20 minutes, excellent service, and much cheaper than City Wide Towing and better than Double LL Towing which keep me on hold and then hung up on me.

This place is so bad staff is rood they don't know any thing about customer service and in there office has pic says be nice or go away when they tow our car there nothing to clean up and they charging the clean up fees. I don't know why rcmp give this kind of people towing business.. this company is rip off.

My child had an accident on our street. The CAA was backed up 2 hours, and we had blocked the street for two hours, so the RCMP officer called for a private tow. Integra showed up after about another 20 minutes. Almost the first thing the driver said was "Oh, you'll have problems reclaiming the $350 tow fee from CAA. I've heard all kind of stories" I was NOT informed that if my car was towed to their yard that a daily fee would be incurred. He insisted that I have him tow to Integra, not back to my home, 300 yards away. The fee was the same either way!! Not until I spoke with my insurance an hour later did I get told that there would be a daily storage fee...great, Integra are closed weekends and holidays...AND they charge a $100 call out fee for the days they are closed. It's Friday today, Monday is New Years. I have ZERO access until Tuesday. I called the Integra office at 16.15 and the person that answered was really rude, her "apology" for lack of informing me of what was actually occurring was nasty. Apparently I should have known that that's what would happen. Having never been in this situation before, OF COURSE I wasn't aware. I hasn't violated and traffic laws. I have two witnesses to that conversation. It was -26 outside today, not considering wind chill. I'd been outside for two hours, after my teen had experienced a head on collision on an icy road. Two days ago I paid $706 to get a new break caliper and new break hardware. My mechanic used FULL disclosure before going ahead with work. Integra attitude was "Well, your insurance will cover our fee." I'm appalled.
