This company is very not professional. My vehicle was in an Accident and Sherwood Park RCMP called Double L Towning to pick up my vehicle. So I was quoted $350.00 to tow it to my shop and when I got email from them they charged my it waS 400.00 So I called there offices and the lady said it was for extra cleanup, but in the pictures we took there was no extra miss on road from accident.THIS COMPAMY IS VERY RUDE PERSONAL AND WAS VERY DEMAANDING TO TAKE MY VECHICLE TO THERE YARD. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD HAVE CHARGED MY INSURANCE 600.00 OR MORE. DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TOWING NEEDS.

Fraudulent company

This company after mistreating me and stealing my money they decided to close the official google page with the reviews of how they charged me 1300$ to bring my car to the wrong collision centre without any paperwork or telling me where my car is.

Awful company.... their equipment had several hydraulic leaks and 3 days later they still have not clean up this mess. If you are looking for an environmental issue, these guys will certainly be happy to oblige. It's going to cost $1,000 to clean this up... I strongly recommend stay away from this company... see pictures. Horrible company to work with!

Horrible! Driver showed for a boost. Attempted to use a portable charger which I told her wouldn't work. She killed the battery then took a piece out of my console to get vehicle in reverse with some tool to get it out of garage. She wasn't able to do it then pretty much said there was nothing else she could do and proceeded to leave. I had to call afrer her to find out where the missing piece was because she hadn't bothered to replace it. As a result she had activated the security switch in my truck and another tow truck driver was able to boost but it wouldn't turn over. Was absolutely taken care of by Capital towing who got me in at a dealership garage and secured me a loaner! All I needed was a boost and I ended up with a towing bill plus 200 at the garage because of her incompetence. Don't touch them with a ten foot pole 😠

Awful company. They didnt secure our suv properly and it fell off the dollies in transit and damaged the bumper. They had no choice to admit it happened (i was there) and we received a call from their office telling us they'd take care of it - then they dissapeared. Multiple phone calls ignored, they didnt respond to an estimate for repairs we sent, even telling them i was going to the rcmp to report it as an accident didn't get them to pick up the phone or contact us in any way. Thank God it was AMA service we called to book the tow. AMA stepped up and said fix it and send them the bill and they'd deal with double l. Im so glad i didnt call then direct or we would have been screwed.
