Extremely upset with this company our car broke down not far from the shop we ask them to tow out car to. My husband told the driver of the tow truck ( a older man with gray hair ) that the front end was jacked up to high and the back end of the car would be scraped up. My husband just finished detailing the car... The man insisted it wouldn't and he knew what he was doing.. long behold while waiting for the tow truck at the at the shop you could hear the back end of the car scraping down the road loud and clear.. service was terrible and they still made us pay full price plus an extra $20 because "he didn't have change." The cost was $80.00 for the tow and he made us give him $100.00 while wrecking our bumper I wish I could post the pictures of our bumper now to show you all...

Our truck broke down in a field south of Battle Lake. Ken came out, towed us back to Edmonton and even drove us home saving us much inconvenience in a downpour. Great service and very professional. Judy Weisgarber

Completely took advantage of me. Charged me a ridiculas amount for storage of my written off vehicle which I had told them to scrap. Horrible customer service.

Well I had my camper towed from a campsite tow truck driver wanted over $300 not to hook up to it and would not get out of the way for me to move my trailer as I watched in disbelief he hooked up to my property and left with it upon arriving at the impound lot where my trailer was sitting I was denied access to the vehicle in order to grab all my personal property and contents Within after talking with City police and nearby RCMP detachment I was correct in having access to the vehicle in order to remove my personal property again went to Wetaskiwin where a senior officer at the detachment would not attend the impound lot and would not grant me access to my personal property saying that they're the only tow truck company in town and he wasn't getting involved so I called the detachment to get the staff sergeant and yet another visit to the impound lot I was accused of breaking and entering their impound lot when they know full well you cannot deprive in individual of their property as a deposit or security against the person that is considered stealing that vehicle
