Excellent location, excellent staff & a must have for any family! In fact, I buy another membership under my account for my 25 year old daughter (great piece of mind) and even for my 13 year old son (his is free since he’s under 18years old) so if he’s out with anyone and their car breaks down, flat tire, lock keys in car, etc. they’re able to use our coverage even if they are not an AMA member! Great piece of mind for me so I always know when my kids are out & about that they will be safe. Great location, great staff, very clean & tidy.... I absolutely love AMA and I would never, EVER NOT have it! It is an absolute must have!

The staff is generally okay, but they simply don’t have enough employees! (At least on the registry side) The 20+ minute wait every time counteracts any other positive feedback I could give.

FIrst, staff have usually been friendly enough. Issue is they don't know their ass from their elbow. We've told them info in person and the info doesn't get inputted into the system properly. Talk to 2-3 people and still incorrect info. Three years later we find the wrong info under policies and incorrect paperwork. We went in a month ago for new policies and yesterday they called saying they were missing a signature... so we went back in person and they said all was in order. Again, nothing but confusion over there. Might as well pay someone else less and get equal or better insurance rates! We called to transfer to a new insurer and suddenly they found an additional $150 in discounts that weren't there before. Funny eh? More info. Staff are still trash. Never do what they say they will. Previously lost all customer info. Just don't go.

Usually a good place the register put the wrong address on my car registration 😕

We have been an AMA family for years. I have years of registries experience with the Government of Alberta, and know the regulations better than most registries personnel. We went there today to transfer a vehicle from BC to Alberta after the southside location advised us that it could be performed. The clerk (Ashley) was extremely rude and condescending throughout the entire discussion. She did not want to perform the request for exemption as I had all the paperwork, and even went so far to get her supervisor to tell us that they couldn't perform it. They both argued and would not perform the request. They tried to tell me incorrect information: that a vehicle older than four years with an inspection certificate from BC performed less than 90 days ago was not eligible for an exemption. However, it clearly is allowed through the New West Partnership between Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. They are clearly incompetent, rude, lazy and condescending. I went to Registries-R-Us, who performed the request in only 10 minutes. Go there instead. They know what they're doing.
