Very unprofessional business. I know they won’t even read this review but that’s okay I hope you do. After etransfering to get the part ordered and calling to check the status the following day I was told it wasn’t ordered and maybe later it would be. Asked how long it would be for the part to arrive, then they tell me 2-3 days. This should have been the time I asked to just have the job cancelled and my money back. Later that day I get a call that the parts in and I hear that it’s a different price. Later I go there and find out there is a shipping fee. I asked the prior day will there be any other charges with a response of no. Ask if I can return the part if it’s not the right one. Yep not a problem. Bring the part back the next day as it isn’t the part we needed. Sure they will give me my money back but now there is ANOTHER FEE. Not once were we told there would be a fee to return it. Doesn’t say there is a fee to return it on the receipt ethier. NOW for the most UNPROFESSIONAL part. I was waiting for my refund but I have the misfortune of having to hear the conversation with their employees and maybe customers. I don’t want to hear about hookers and mail order wives. I could go on but I think you get my point!

We had a terrifying time towing our travel trailer home to Wetaskiwin just north of Ponoka when the bolts off 1 tire sheared off. Our home town Tonys Towing said they couldn't haul it or help us and after calling many places the person at Popows who also couldn't help due to being too busy was the only one to offer us advice on how to secure the axle and limp home saving us $500 towing bill from Red Deer (only available option) Thank you for your help! We will recommend you!

Locked my keys in my truck while it was running, and the tow truck arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Very friendly and helpful service.
